Yellow Raincoat

Monday, April 18, 2016

Rainy spring days are a relatively new thing for me. I went to school in Tucson, Arizona {Go Wildcats!} so I experienced monsoon season, but never quite like in Austin. I love all the lighting and thunder in the middle of the night!

We are having a full on, thunderstorm crazy, rain-filled week in Austin. So I have to plan my wardrobe around mostly Hunters, light sweaters and my big yellow raincoat I'm obsessed with!

I bought this swing rain coat at JCrew last Spring, it sold out so quickly, I'm so glad I was able to get my size. I found a very similar option which I listed below. The length is perfect because it looks adorable with jeans as well as dresses.

A light silky stripe tank is perfect for Spring in Austin. It's hot and muggy but can get cooler in minutes, the rain coat is actually quite warm so I don't have to carry and extra cardigan. And of course my favorite as of late, the JCrew Marlo bag in Leopard Print.

Outfit Details:

Tank - Target Similar Here
Jeans - Citizes of Humanity Avedon
Raincoat - Bloomingdale's Similar Here
Bag - JCrew Marlo in Leopard Print
Shoes - Tory Burch Caroline Ballet Flat

If you are looking for a comfortable flat, the Tory Burch Caroline is hands-down, one of the most comfortable pairs I own. I highly recommend them!

Have a wonderful week!

N.

  12. I recently switched to an inflatable tent for my family camping trips, and it has been a game-changer. The setup is incredibly easy, which means less time spent on logistics and more time enjoying nature. What surprised me the most was how spacious and comfortable these tents are. They offer ample room for our family and gear, and the inflatable beams provide excellent stability. It's a real stress-reliever knowing that we can have a hassle-free camping experience with our inflatable tent.
