El Rancho Tee

Have you ever purchased something just because it cracks you up? That was the case with this t-shirt for me. Madewell opened its second store in Austin two weeks ago, I attended the opening party with a couple girlfriends and while perusing the VERY CROWDED store I spotted this tee. I love the adorable print of tiny humans and cactus, with some of them being upside down. I don’t know why but it made me laugh. Madewell actually has a full collection with this theme, I am so keeping my tabs on the sweater too. Reminded me a little of Tucson, Arizona, where I attended college. Unlike their V-neck and crew tees this tee is made of thick cotton and has a cropped style. I found it to be long enough to wear with regular linen pants or half-tucked into my high-waisted denim shorts.

I’m currently on a plane on my way to New York with my husband, I’m so excited to do a couple touristy things and hitting Central Park for my morning run. We will be heading to Philly a the end of the week to attend my cousin’s wedding. Should be a fun time. Can’t wait to share my adventures via Instagram!
