Green Printed Skirt

Wednesday, May 23, 2018

Top {sold out, would look good with this too!} // Skirt // Belt {similar}// Bag

We shot this look two weeks ago, the day before I cut my hair short. I am quite surprised that I don't miss it. It's been nice having to style MUCH less hair than ever. In case you have not seen my new summer look, you can check it out here. Now on to the outfit, while shopping in Portugal I came across this skirt when I was walking out of the shop, immediate love at first sight. I could see myself wearing it to the office with a button down or with the sweater top I'm wearing above, or with a gray tee and sandals over the weekend. I just love the print and colors so so much. What do you think of the midi length? I can decide if it makes me look short or if it looks good. Part of me wishes I was a little bit taller. I'm currently shopping for my summer vacation and see the style everywhere.

Can you believe this weekend is the unofficial start to summer?! Time is going by so fast! I'm so excited for all the trips we have planned for the rest of the year. What are your plans? Where will you be going?

Happy Hump Day!

Striped Linen Dress

Tuesday, May 1, 2018

It’s been a while since I last did a fashion post. Between traveling, work and by husband {ahem…photographer} being out of town I had zero time to shoot. But I do have some outfits coming up from shopping I did while vacationing in Lisbon, it is hard to believe the last two weeks of April went by and I didn't even notice. Can you believe is already May?! This is my birthday month and I always take advantage of the full 31 days to celebrate, cannot wait!

First up is this striped linen dress. Linen and eyelet are my two absolute favorite fabrics to wear so when I saw this little dress on the window I could not contain myself with excitement with the possibilities... I can wear this to dinner on a hot summer night, during vacation and even to the office. I love the midi length, belt and of course print, all these flattering features rolled into one! I paired it here with my new Massimo Dutti heels, they are SO comfortable, I’ve been wearing them with just about everything and with my home basket I wear as a bag, fits so much! Straw / Basket bags are my favorite trend for warm weather months, so many adorable options.

I’m currently working on my Lisbon Travel Diary + Guide, post will be up on Friday!

Talk to you soon, xx
